Dale B. McMillinA human resource and operations professional since 1966 with such well known companies as B.F. Goodrich, Flakt Ltd., Lockheed Martin, and Sandoz Ltd. He has been in leadership positions reporting to the divisional president and group vice president. With his experience, he has been able to develop and implement state-of-the-art human resource processes and programs which fit the entity's strategic and operational plans.
Dale's consulting experience has been in manufacturing, banking, financial service, sales, sports and entertainment, health care, utilities, and publishing organizations. His areas of expertise include Leadership Development, Executive Coaching, Teambuilding, Strategic Organization Culture Change, Performance Management, and Succession Process Development.
Dale holds degrees from Kent State University (BBA-1965) with a major in Industrial Relations, and Case Western Reserve University (MS-1987) in Organization Behavior and Analysis. He has also performed as an adjunct staff member at the Center for Creative Leadership; holds a Master Accreditation for Team Management Systems; is certified in Test for Attentional and Interpersonal Skills; and accredited in Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. Dale has presented workshops for the Center for Management Development of Case Western Reserve University, New Jersey Press Association, and International Small Business Association.
Lee Paczesniak Lee has devoted her career to the field of Human Resource Management and Organizational Development. During her twenty-plus years of experience, Lee has worked within large organizations, some of which are comprised of hundreds of small locations. This uniquely qualifies her to deal with human resource issues facing both large and small work teams.
While holding senior executive positions, with both national and international companies (Cole National – both, at the Division and Corporate levels; Rowntree-Mackintosh; Sterling), Lee was involved in strategic planning, performance management processes, career development and training initiatives, acquisitions and mergers, organizational culture issues, start-ups, and turnaround activities for thousands of employees.
Lee has worked in the consulting arena for ten years. She has consulted for retail, manufacturing, service, utility, and financial entities. Her primary focus is organizational and employee effectiveness and productivity. She uses a “no nonsense”, practical, straightforward approach that works particularly well with 360° assessments, coaching, and team building.
Lee holds a Masters Degree in Organizational Development from Case Western Reserve University and a Communications Degree from Ohio University. She is a national member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the American Society for Training and Development. She has been honored as a Gold Consultant by the Carlson Learning Company. Judy Bodenhamer Judy specializes in sales and marketing implementation strategies designed to generate profitable top line revenue growth. She is responsible for the implementation of sales initiatives, business development, strategic planning, leadership coaching and development, tactical sales and marketing design, investor relations, and capital funding presentations.
Judy's experience includes service as an Area Vice President for AT&T's Growth Markets organization. Leading a team of over 100 sales and technical consultants, she directed all sales and marketing activities, as well as technical support functions necessary to attain aggregate business unit objectives for a $175M branch. She also served as AT&T General Manager, Commercial Markets Division, leading a team of 90 sales, technical, and customer service professionals through seven managers. Managing revenues in excess of $130M, she was responsible for the entire portfolio of AT&T products and services including long distance, data, and business IP.
Judy earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University and a Masters in Business Administration from Cleveland State University. In 1997, she was invited to attend an exclusive Executive Education program at the Darden School of Business in Virginia with the course focusing on Leadership and Organizational Dynamics. In addition, Judy is accredited in Team Management Systems processes.
In keeping with her commitment to continuous education and growth, Judy is a faculty member for the University of Phoenix-Cleveland campus. In this capacity, she has been certified to facilitate the instruction of various business courses at the graduate level in e-Business, Marketing, and Management.
Tom Gibbons Many years ago Tom's career journey began in an ice cream plant with Ault Foods. This journey included a variety of positions and levels of management in the manufacturing environment followed by a number of years in the corporate Human Resource function as Director of Organizational Development.
After 20 years with Ault Foods, Tom began his own business, focusing on strategic planning, executive and team coaching, performance systems and developmental learning. Tom has worked with a wide range of clients and at all levels within organizations. Tom is also the President and Managing Director of Team Management Systems Americas and can accredit others to use the suite of TMS assessments used by McMillin & Associates. Tom has authored two e-books: "10 Good Reasons to Hate Work Teams" and "OUCH! The Misfit Between Theory and Experience In Organizations."
Tom holds an undergraduate degree in psychology and sociology and has worked with a wide range of clients including ExxonMobil, US Cellular, KPMG International, Richard Ivey School of Business, Duke Corporate Education, Go Daddy, Amazon, Essilor, Rio Tinto, and ChildFund International.
Deborah A. Gilchrist Deborah has been the Office Manager for McMillin & Associates, Co. since 1998. As such, Deborah is responsible for the coordination of all materials for workshops conducted by McMillin & Associates. She handles receipt of all pre-work assessments: TMP, FIRO-B, QO2, WOWV, and Benchmarks®, scoring of TMP, FIRO-B, QO2, and WOWV assessments, the design and production of workshop materials, and is certified in all Team Management Systems processes. She has also been involved in data collection (360° interview) processes conducted by McMillin & Associates for client engagements.
As Office Manager for McMillin & Associates, Deborah is also responsible for the day-to-day business operations, including financial, equipment, and facility management. Her knowledge and aptitude in computer sciences has been a value-add to a number of McMillin & Associates' clients.
Prior to joining McMillin & Associates, Deborah spent 5 years traveling as a project coordinator for a small company providing support services to large management consultancies such as Andersen Consulting, Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), and Booz·Allen & Hamilton. In this role, she assisted numerous consulting teams in preparing quick-turnaround proposals and presentations as part of the firms' routine management consulting activities.
Deborah resides in and is originally from Elyria, Ohio. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA-1993) degree from Notre Dame College and has a Master's in Business Administration (MBA-2003) with an emphasis on e-Business from the University of Phoenix.
