Benchmark®: This instrument provides feedback on 16 Leadership Competencies along with indications of whether the participant may be on the road for Derailment.Generally utilized for the top three levels of Management, and their successors.
SkillScope®: This is a non-threatening survey that feeds back the individual’s strengths and areas for development.With this instrument versus the other, Benchmark, only the boss and self are identified.This is utilized for new managers, or those who have not had a 360° survey previously performed.
Team Management Systems:
Team Management Profile (TMP): builds understanding of an individual's approach to work. The TMP provides constructive, work-based information outlining an individual's work preferences.
Opportunities vs. Obstacles Quotient (QO2): provides information about the balance of focus individuals put into perceiving work issues and ideas as opportunities or obstacles at work.

Management & Leadership Profile (MLP):The focus is on 15 managerial tasks and competencies that are utilized by the participant as he/she functions in their role.This is an Is/Should survey that provides a gap analysis between current and expected performance.
The Attentional & Interpersonal Style Inventory (TAIS): This instrument is utilized to determine whether someone is prone to be distracted easily either internally or externally.It will discover ones need for competition, self-confidence, and self-esteem.This instrument may be utilized when the facilitator needs more specific data.

Fundamental Interpersonal Relationship Orientation-Behavior (FIRO-B):This is the most widely used instrument in conflict management.This measures ones need for interpersonal relations by examining the participants expressed needs and wanted needs for Inclusion, Control, and Affection.The FIRO-B identifies tendencies for privacy, openness, selectivity, and desired frequency for engagement.
Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI): The focus of this instrument is to provide feedback on behaviors exhibited in a twenty-four hour period, yet primarily focusing on social settings as well as work.
